Accounting/Bookkeeping:
Are you overwhelmed with anxiety every time you face the task of doing the bookkeeping for your business? Leave it to us! We can come to you and do your accounting onsite or you can bring us your check stubs and receipts periodically and we can do it in-house. We will enter your information into QuickBooks and compile your financial statements for you.
Income Tax Preparation & Planning:
Income tax preparation is our specialty! We prepare individual, partnership, S corporation, and C corporation tax returns. We also prepare returns for non-profits and trusts. We stay up-to-date with all the current tax law changes so we can navigate the tax code for you to minimize your tax liability.
QuickBooks Consulting:
QuickBooks is a very powerful and easy-to-use bookkeeping program. We can set your business up in this software program and train you to use it. You’ll be tracking customers and accounts receivable, tracking vendors and accounts payable, invoicing, printing checks and reconciling accounts like a pro! Maybe you’ve been using QuickBooks for a while, but would like to utilize it more. We can help you with that too.
Payroll Processing and Tax Preparation:
Payroll can be a very daunting task. It can be a challenge navigating all the Federal and state payroll laws, taxes and deadlines. Let us do it for you; we can handle it for you from start to finish. You can submit your hours/wages and we will process the payroll for you; all you have to do is write the check for your employee based on the pay stub we will prepare for you. We will also manage all your payroll deposits and prepare the necessary payroll returns for you. We can also manage payroll for employees outside of Colorado.
Sales Tax Preparation:
Sales tax obligations can easily slip through the cracks; don’t be one of those businesses that gets shut down for failure to file! We can handle all your state and local sales tax filings. Simply turn in your sales information and we will calculate your liability and prepare the necessary returns for you.
Start-Ups:
Thinking of starting your own business? Not sure what type of entity to use or where to begin? We will sit down with you to review the various entity choices available to you and the advantages and disadvantages of each. Once you’ve selected an entity type, we can prepare the necessary paperwork to file on the Federal, state and local level to get you up and running.
